Its the Jamaican national dish traditionally served at breakfast but can be eaten any time of day. It is a Jamaican fruit that is picked from a tree and cleaned and boiled to desired tenderness. It is then combined with previously seasoned salted cod fish and sauteed in the frying pan. Can be made spicy or mild. Looks like scrambled eggs.
